Breakaway week was full of fun activities that helped raise a lot of money! Student Council set a goal to make $1,400 during this week. They chose the Burlington Lions Club as the organization that they wanted to support with a donation of half of the money raised during the week. Also, if the students met the goal, a principal agreed to kiss a goat!
Drumroll please......................with all of the activities, participants and donations, StuCo raised approximately $2,000, which made for a fantastic donation of $1,000 to the Lions Club!! Great job and a big shout out to the members of Burlington School and the Community! This is "Be Your Best" at its finest!
