Building YOUR Own Tray by picking 3-5 Items
Must take a FRUIT OR a VEGETABLE
Then take two of any of the food components (meat/meat alternative, vegetables, fruits, grains/breads, dairy/milk
Or you can pick all five!

BREAKFAST
Must take 3 of the 4 Items Offered
Fruit - must take at least a 1/2 cup
